You have to decide to start on a path toward an active, rewarding lifestyle and long-term, meaningful relationships – or settle permanently for chronic health problems and unhappiness.

It’s important to recognize how people fail:

Some say it’s hard to lead a healthy lifestyle – so they allow their environment to determine their health and future.

Some say they lack time to exercise – and soon they are depressed, overweight, and experiencing declining health.

Some say it’s too hard to eat right – so they eat the same processed garbage and end up malnourished despite eating too many calories. To Succeed, We Have To Change … Gradually.

Fitness Together will not only work with you to maximize the benefit you get from each minute you workout, but we will work with you to gradually change the way you think, the way you eat, and the way you live.

Our program is built to help you effectively set fitness goals and then achieve them. Before you ever start your Fitness Together program we will sit down with you and help you set goals. This session is not simply a time to write down a wish list; it is to identify what a goal is (and what a goal isn’t) and to set the stage for success from the beginning of your program.

 

Your trainer will also explain the following Ten Steps for Success that bring about positive changes:

    • Make A Decision To Change.
    • Visualize Your Future Success.
    • Write Down Reasonable Goals.
    • Give Each Goal A Deadline.
    • And Measure Your Progress.
    • For Each Goal, Write Down Three Barriers And Plan How You Will Overcome Them.
    • Read Through Your Goals, Deadlines, And Barriers To Success Each Morning.
    • Make A Personal Commitment To Change.
    • Hold Yourself Accountable.
    • Continue Your Fitness Together Workout Program To Guarantee Your Success!
